Wheel Light Express Return & Warranty Policy
Standard Product Warranty
All Wheel Light Express kits are covered by a 60-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that the components are in working condition at the time of delivery.
Please note:

We only warranty complete kits. Replacement or individual items are not covered.

Products damaged due to external causes (e.g., accidents, improper installation, road debris, weather, or misuse) are not covered under warranty.

Once an item has been installed or attempted to be installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for return.

Warranty does not cover installation errors.
Portal Light Warranty
Due to the nature of their use and exposure to harsh environments, portal lights are sold as-is. We guarantee they are in working condition upon arrival. However, they are not eligible for warranty, return, or exchange under any circumstance.
General Warranty Terms & Stipulations

All warranties are non-transferable.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase.

All returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to a 7% restocking/processing fee.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except for items covered under warranty.

This fee and shipping requirement do not apply to items returned for manufacturer defects under warranty.

To qualify, returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Restocking fees apply to both refunds and exchanges unless otherwise stated.

To file a claim, email wheellightexpress@gmail.com with proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defect (photos or video required).

Defective items may be replaced, but refunds will not be issued for used or installed products.

Any open return or exchange request not resolved within 30 days will be closed automatically.

Warranty is void if:

There is evidence of abuse beyond normal wear and tear

The product was repaired or modified by an unauthorized person

The item was purchased from an unauthorized seller or third party

Wheel Light Express reserves the right to update, modify, or change this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
Final Note:
All transactions are considered final. Wheel Light Express reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or warranty claim at its sole discretion.
